- You are required to submit valid business documentation including but not limited to GST registration, PAN card, and proof of business address. These documents will be verified before approval.
2. Accurate Information
By registering as a vendor, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information related to your business, products, and payment details remains correct and current. Failure to provide accurate information or providing fraudulent details may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your vendor account.
3. Product Legitimacy and Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all products listed on Electrodone.com are genuine, lawful, and comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
- Counterfeit products, unauthorized goods, or any items that violate intellectual property rights, consumer protection laws, or safety standards are strictly prohibited.
- All product listings must provide accurate descriptions, including detailed specifications, pricing, and warranty terms.
4. Taxation and Legal Compliance
You, as the vendor, are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and national laws, including but not limited to tax laws (such as GST), business regulations, and any consumer protection laws.
You agree to properly invoice customers for all sales and report any taxes due in accordance with applicable tax regulations.
5. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
You must only use original or licensed images, descriptions, trademarks, and other content related to your products on the Platform. You represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights or licenses for all content submitted.
Electrodone.com reserves the right to remove any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights, or that is deemed inappropriate, illegal, or misleading.
6. Account Monitoring, Suspension, and Termination
Electrodone.com reserves the right to monitor vendor accounts and their activities to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
We may suspend or terminate your vendor account at any time and without notice for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to fulfill orders, or customer complaints.
In case of account termination, you will remain responsible for any pending obligations or liabilities incurred prior to such termination.
